In 25 countries around the globe, people are enjoying the many benefits of practicing Taoist Tai Chi in the friendly atmosphere of our volunteer, non-profit organization.
The emphasis in our classes is on helping students achieve the health benefits available through practice of our form. Benefits, that many students experience almost immediately, include heightened body awareness and balance, improved circulation (of the blood, lymphatic and respiratory systems) as well as increased flexibility.
